Daniel Tiger Inspired Fall Banana Swirl:
INGREDIENTS:
4 medium bananas(slice and freeze overnight if you don't have an ice cream maker)
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice(or substitute with ground ginger, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg...I just eyeballed it)

DIRECTIONS:
Using a food processor or blender, pulse and blend all ingredients until smooth.

Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 24 hours.

Side note: This freezes really hard so pull it out ahead of time to soften it up. It still wasn't very soft when I scooped it, which may have been a good thing, it kept me from eating too much, lol!!
PS a friend told me that her trick to making it a little softer is to add some condensed milk into it!! If you try it let me know how that works out for you!!
