THIS is exactly what I needed to read this morning! As I studied my scirptures, I was cross referencing and just happened upon this talk by an Olympic Champion.
I am constantly amazed when I am guided to read or listen to the very thing I need. Heavenly Father is truly mindful of your specific needs.
