Carb Lovin'

Who loves bread?
This gal!!
I have passed on this love for all things carbs to my son(my older one) lol!! Everyday he brings me a bag of bread and asks for a piece.
Bread isn't the devil, it's not going to kill you, but you just have to make sure that you are at least getting 100% whole wheat bread!
Whole wheat bread packs the nutrition of all three components of the wheat kernel. The outer rough layer of the grain -- the bran -- is valuable for its fiber; the wheat germ of the seed is high in nutrients; and the majority of the grain, called the endosperm, is a good source of carbohydrates.
