Fart Bars

Fart Bars--------> yes you read that right, no it's not a typo, haha! Just read. ..

My mom started making these bars a few years ago that are similar to Larabars (or so I've heard-I've not actually eaten one).
They are made from all natural ingredients like flax seed and chia, nuts and dried fruit. So, as I'm sure you could gather, eating too many is how my dad coined the name.
They are healthy, and can hit that sweet tooth--- but seriously, eat them sparingly, haha!
Ingredients:
2 cups dried dates
¼ dried cranberries
½ cup raw almonds
1/4 cup raw pepitas
¼ cup flax meal
2Tbs chia seeds
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1-4 Tbs water
Directions:
Roughly chop almonds in food processor, remove and place in a separate bowl.
Pulse dates in food processor until they form a ball. Add in all other ingredients, except water. Pulse until mixed well.
Add in water one Tbs at a time until at a consistency that is like wet playdough. You want it just wet enough to hold together.
Place mixture on a 9x13 cookie sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes. Chop or cut into about 3-inch squares and store in a freezer bag in the freezer.
*you can add or omit any ingredient you want, play around with it and find what you like.
