Healthier Tastier Chicken Salad

Sometimes I make huge elaborate posts, and sometimes, I have nothing to say haha!



2 cans cooked chicken
1 celery stalk chopped in fine pieces
1/4 cup dried cranberries(I didn't have grapes, so I subbed with cranberries and it was amazing!!)
1 apple diced in bite size pieces
1/2 onion diced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 TBS yellow mustard
1/2 tsp each-garlic powder, pepper, sea salt, and curry powder

Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator for up to a week(if it lasts that long).

Use on sandwiches, lettuce tacos, on a bed of spinach, cucumber sandwich boats, with crackers, or cucumber slices, or eat plain in a bowl.
