I cannot believe that 30 days have gone by! This I can quite honestly say has been the funnest 30 days I have EVER had working out!
I thought would feel like an idiot.
I thought I wasn't going to feel like I got to work out.
I thought I wouldn't see any results.
I seriously thought that music would drive me crazy,
but I can tell you right now I was wrong on most of those!!!
I absolutely felt like an idiot, but not in a bad way, in a good way. I felt like I was just being me and having fun and it didn't matter what I look like or how I was moving and I wasn't self-conscious about dancing in front of people. I actually really like some of those songs and get them stuck in my head. When I start dancing like a crazy person you'll understand.
I really didn't think I'd see much results but I lost 3 pounds!(score) All in all I would say--
if you hate working out you totally need to try this cuz it doesn't feel like you're working out
and
if you love working out then you totally need to try this because when you push yourself you can get a good workout but it doesn't actually feel like you're working out.
It's a sneaky sneaky workout and it's freaking fun, plus you can take those moves and put them to good use on the dance floor(or in the kitchen like me).
