This One's for YOU!!

The last 3 days I have had multiple people say things to me like:
I know you workout all the time but...
Are you still working out like crazy?
Did you do your workou today?
I didn't see you post your workout are you still doing it?
Ok, I get it I post about working out. Why?  Honestly, I don't really do the POSTING for me!  I do it for my girl. 
The girl who thinks that she can only workout 3 days a week because anything more makes her tired.
The girl who jumps from workout to workout hoping that she can stick it out for 15 minutes and get something out of it.
The girl who makes the excuse that she has no time to workout because her kids are crazy...she'll do it when her life settles down.
The girl who wants to feel good about herself, but can't quite find the motivation to actually do something about it.
The girl who goes to sleep with determination and wakes up not giving a crap and just wanting to stay in bed.
The girl who puts herself behind everyone else.
Who's my girl?? Maybe it's you!  And honestly, I don't care if everyone thinks I'm obsessed with working out, I'll take those weird convos if it means that you will finally find that motivaiton to just get up off the couch, put that cake(that you picked up for breakast) down, and just move. 
Starting your day right wont make the day magically perfect, but it will set the tone and make everything just a little bit better.
Do it for you!!  Take care of yourself first and the rest will follow <3
