You know that saying "time flies"?
5 months, it has been 5 months since my sweet little guy came into our lives.
Truth be told, I was really nervous about having him, excited, but nervous. I didn't know what to expect with having 2 kids. I didn't know how we were going to handle two kids, emotionally or financially. I didn't know how I could get over using pregnancy as an excuse to eat like crap.
You know those first few weeks after having a baby, you are an emotional wreck. You are tired and healing and hormonal and everything that is going wrong around you seems magnified, except when you are staring into those little innocent eyes.
I had a few moments like that. One in particular that changed my life. It may have been done on a hormonal, sleep deprived whim, but it has been a HUGE blessing.
I was feeding the baby in the middle of the night, crying about anything and everything...if you have been there, you know!
Anyways, I just had the crazy thought to become a health and fitness coach. The moment I thought it, I knew I HAD to do it.
I thought it might give us some financial wiggle room.
I thought it would be a great way to work from home.
I thought it would be a great way to get back on track with my own health, while helping others.
I thought that would be just about it.

I have found a family that I didn't know I was missing.
I have found a passion that I didn't know I had.
I have found a love for others that I didn't know I was capable of.
I found a piece of my life that I have been searching for.

It's crazy what you can accomplish in a few short months.
Baby learned to roll over. I learned to SHINE!
