No Excuses!

I am the queen of excuses.  I find the tiniest little reason to get out of doing something I don't want to.





I don't want to fold the laundry...oh would you look at that, it's 7pm I am so tired.

I don't want to do the dishes...oh man, I just have to reorganize this stack of papers on the counter.

I don't want to get up in the night to the crying baby...ok well I can't really make excuses for that one, hahah!

But you get my drift.

If it's not something that I REALLY want, then the excuses come in and the determination goes out. I can say this a million times over, but my biggest excuse, the one I repeat to myself every-single-day...I don't want to work out, well one day wont hurt you.



But it does, I have had those days where I give into that voice, where I justify being too busy, too tired, too warm in my bed, too whatever. And by the end of the day I feel it.  I feel like blah all day, I less energy, I am in a poop mood and I just am not the best me I can be.

Today, NO EXCUSES!

I got this, so do you...let's kill those excuses today.
