Apple Pie without the pie

Nothin says summer like apple pie!! But gahhh, I hate the guilt that comes with it, but this treat is so QUICK and EASY and OMG TASTY that I don't mind whipping it up! It has that summer-cobbler and apple pie feel that is the ultimate COMFORT FOOD! So satisfying.
Let me know how you like it!  xo Rebecca

What you need:
1 apple
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon to taste
1tsp nut butter
Oats- optional
Get cookin':
1. First, peel your apple.
2. Then, warm the coconut oil and vanilla extract in pan. (If you want to add oats for a crunch- now is the time to add them in. 1TBS sprinkled over is plenty for me. Make sure to count it as a portion of your yellow container!)
3. While that's warming, slice the apple in pieces.
4. Place the apples in the pan and sprinkle cinnamon on them, flip them and sprinkle again.
5. While that's cooking, melt 1 tsp nut butter in a bowl.
6. Place the cooked apples in a bowl with melted nut butter, mix, and enjoy!
