I am NOT one that loves to wake up early. I want to stay in the warm bed as much as you...maybe more when I have a long night with the baby Walker. I hate the feeling of leaving the warmth and getting into the cold that has taken over the house in the night. Here are a few tips to get you going and help you start your morning off right!
Another thing that helps me is to have my workout clothes all ready and in a pile so I can just grab them. I don't even have to turn the light on. One thing I have been thinking how to incorporate is prewarming those workout clothes. When it is 25 degrees outside, I don't exactly feel like changing into cold clothes. I have thought about throwing them in the dryer, or even putting them under the covers. Whenever we go camping my husband puts his clothes for the next day in his sleeping bag so they are warm in the morning. Same concept I guess.
Something else that helps me is to splash my face with water when I get out of bed.
