Pardon the language but, I was talking with my Momma today about low fat and fat free labels on food and when I saw this I had to share it.
She went to lunch with a few ladies and they were talking about making healthier food choices and all of the things they were talking about were completely false!!
You DON'T need to go for the low fat crap trap!! If you really want some flavor, throw some olive oil and Tapatio on your salad, dijon mustard has also been one of my go to's lately.
There are MUCH better choices out there!
Just because it's labeled that way doesn't mean it's good for you! Stay away from all the low fat junk, you're better off eating the real stuff.
Non fat salad dressing = full of other junk to make it taste decent
P.s. a company could label a bag of sugar non fat if they wanted
