What do you think of when you hear me say P90X? Truthfully what comes to my mind is "I hate this".
When I tried P90x years ago, it just wasn't for me at that point in my life. I wanted an easy workout that I could do just to "reverse to effects of eating bad".
I would have never guessed that I would complete P90x3 just a few years later and LOVE it!! I still have yet to do P90x, but it's on my bucket list!
Tony Horton, though he's infamous for P90x he is also known for getting people the BEST results they have seen EVER. That is why I am so excited to try his new program 22 Minute Hard Corps.
This is not a P90X repeat, but you CAN expect to see amazing results in 22 minutes a day. These moves come straight from basic training military boot camp. Tony wanted to pay homage to those military member who were having great success with his other programs, so he created a workout around their bootcamps.
This program doesn't require you to know any special moves, or have crazy equipment, and since it's only 22 minutes a day...anyone can do it!
LET ME REPEAT THAT: THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ALL ABILITY LEVELS!
There are modifiers in EVERY workout and as you get stronger, your endurance and muscle builds, you will feel the urge to up your intensity.
I started working out at home because I am NOT a people person. Plus, with 2 little kids, there is not way I am dragging them out the door and dropping them off at the gym day care so I can stumble around on sweaty equipment for a couple hours. I don't have the time money or heart for that.
No doubt, I believe in the workouts and nutrition programs, but the secret that I have found in true success is in a coach. It was through a coach that you can expect to be lifted up and encouraged to keep going when you feel like giving up. I will be there to help you create that truly healthy lifestyle change that you are wanting.
I jumped in head first, no regrets, and now it's your turn!
There are ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES!!!
22 minutes
6 days a week
8 weeks
BASICALLY very little space needed, minimal weights and a great attitude are key!
I used to workout in the morning before I had kids, but I wake up a little earlier so I don't have to waste any time while they are up. It's so easy for me to make the excuse that I can do it later, but waking up and getting it in early keeps me on track. Sometimes that plan flies out the window, but because I workout at home no one suffers. I still get my workout in, and the kids get to have fun with me afterwards. I'm not gonna lie, there have been times that the last few minutes have been filled with crying, but that just pushes me to keep waking up early and get it DONE!! I have not missed one planned workout in months, and only then because I had food poisoning. Blech!
So the question is this: DO YOU WANT IN???!!!
YES! SIGN ME UP!!
